After five successful years and thousands of expertly performed procedures, Caroline took the natural next step in 2022 by launching her Beginners Training Academy —FLICK Permanent Makeup Academy — dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artists.

In 2025, Caroline showcased her signature hairstroke brows at a prestigious international industry competition, surrounded by top-tier talent from across the UK and Ireland. Her artistry stood out among the best, earning her the coveted title of BEST UK HAIRSTROKE ARTIST 2025 and securing her place in the grand final in Milan.
